Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid FlipAnalyzer Pro subscriptions.

7-Day Free Trial

Eligible first-time FlipAnalyzer Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your payment method will be charged $7 when the trial ends, and your subscription will automatically renew for $7 each month thereafter until canceled, plus any applicable taxes.

Your applicable trial-end date and subscription status should be displayed during checkout or through your billing account.

To avoid the first charge, you must complete cancellation before the end of your trial.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your FlipAnalyzer account.

Cancelling stops future automatic renewals.

Unless otherwise indicated in the billing portal, you will retain access to Pro through the end of your current paid billing period.

No additional subscription charge will be made after cancellation unless you later reactivate or purchase another subscription.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after they have been charged.

We do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used monthly billing periods.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, experienced a billing problem, or have another exceptional circumstance, contact us at support@flipanalyzer.io within 7 days of the charge.

We will review the request in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund when appropriate.

The 7-day request period does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method using Stripe.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on Stripe, your payment method, and your financial institution.
